We’re *kay and Josh*—neighbors turned business partners who started out fixing our own homes, then each other’s, and then, before we knew it, half the block. What began as weekend projects (and a few “DIY disasters”) quickly turned into a real business when we realized:

Then there’s *Ryder*, our unofficial supervisor. He doesn’t swing a hammer, but he’s got an eye for detail (and snacks). He’s there on most jobs, inspecting drop cloths, keeping morale high, and ensuring we take lunch breaks exactly on time.
